Overview
Float the deepest river canyon in North America, the Snake River through Hells Canyon on our 5 day rafting adventure with Fishtrap and writer Ana Maria Spagna. The section of river runs 32 miles through the upper section of Hells Canyon, from Hells Canyon Dam to Pittsburg Landing in Idaho. This trip begins in Joseph, Oregon at the Winding Waters Boathouse.
This 4 night, 5 day trip is sure to spark the imagination and get your writing inspiration flowing! We will spend 2 nights at two different campsites which allows for plenty of river time as well as whole days to hike, write and explore the canyon.
Along with writing we will run some of the biggest whitewater in the Pacific Northwest, visit historical sites, gaze at the stars, and converse on topics as deep as the canyon. Our guides will be beside you to support your adventure and help see to your needs.
What about the food you ask? Our gourmet menu is capstoned with locally raised and grown ingredients as often as possible/when available. We are happy to accommodate most dietary needs upon request.
